Meetings in your reps' calendars, confirmed twice before anyone travels

We call the leads you approve, qualify them against the questions your closers care about, and book the ones that clear the bar straight into the calendar — as a slot taken, not a request sent. Every meeting is confirmed when it is booked and again the day before, and a no-show is re-approached the same day rather than written off.

Confirmations before every booked meeting — one when it is set, one the day before — with no-shows re-approached the same day

Voxenrise target, written into the contract. A commitment, not a measured result.

What is agreed before a meeting is booked

A meeting your closers cancel is worse than no meeting at all. These six things are settled with your sales lead in week one, so what lands in the calendar is what they would have booked themselves.

Confirmed meetings with a reminder sequence attached

  1. 01

    Bar for booking

The questions a prospect must clear before a slot is taken — fit, need, authority and timing — set by your closers, not by us.

  2. 02

    Calendar rules

Who can be booked, when, for how long, with what buffer and travel time, and how meetings are shared between reps or territories.

  3. 03

    Source lists

Which leads may be called: inbound enquiries, your CRM, or a cold list. Cold lists are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry and your suppression list before a dial goes out.

  4. 04

    Confirmation sequence

The confirmation when the meeting is booked and the reminder before it, on the channels the prospect agreed to, with the wording you sign off.

  5. 05

    No-show rule

How many attempts a missed meeting gets and over what period, and when a prospect goes back to nurture rather than being called again.

  6. 06

    Handover note

What your rep reads before walking in: the qualifying answers, the reason for the meeting and the recording of the call that set it.

How it runs, from first call to full volume

The same four weeks as every team we stand up. You hear live, scored calls in week four.

  1. Step 1. Sales workshop

    Week 1

Your closers tell us what makes a meeting worth their time and what wastes it. We agree the bar for booking, the calendar rules and which lists may be called.

  2. Step 2. Script, calendar and list set-up

    Weeks 2–3

Script written and signed off, calendar and CRM access approved, confirmation sequence built, suppression lists loaded and cold lists scrubbed.

  3. Step 3. Pilot with live QA

    Week 4

A small team starts booking. Every meeting is scored against the bar and reviewed with your sales lead, and the script is corrected daily.

  4. Step 4. Scale and calibrate

    Week 5 onward

Volume rises to forecast. Weekly, we compare the meetings booked with the ones your reps kept and closed, and move the bar with you.

Asked about appointment setting

The questions this service raises on the first call.

Do you book into our calendar, or send us a request?

Into your calendar, during the call, through the access you approve. A slot the prospect has agreed to is taken there and then, with the buffers, durations and routing rules you set. Sending a request back for someone on your side to action is how meetings get lost, so we do not do it.

What stops you booking meetings our reps do not want?

The bar your closers set in week one, applied on every call and scored in QA. In the pilot your sales lead reviews every booking. After that we compare booked meetings against the ones your reps kept and closed each month, and move the bar with you — a meeting that gets cancelled counts against us in the report.

How do you handle no-shows?

They are re-approached the same day, for as many attempts as you set, and rebooked where the prospect is still interested. Every attempt is logged. Where they are not, the lead goes back to nurture with the reason recorded, rather than being called indefinitely.

Can you call cold lists as well as our own leads?

Yes, on lists you approve. Cold lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your internal suppression list before every campaign, calls are placed between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time, and opt-outs are recorded immediately and honoured across every list.

Are the calls recorded?

Yes, with the disclosure your counsel approves, and retained for 90 days. The recording of the call that set a meeting is attached to the booking, so a rep can hear exactly what was promised before they walk in.
