Offer campaigns run on scrubbed lists, with the recordings to prove it
Outbound campaigns for your offers, dialled against lists screened before every run and scripts your counsel has seen. Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your own suppression list, every call is placed inside permitted hours, and every recording is kept for 90 days and open to your compliance team.
$500
Statutory damages per violating call under the TCPA, rising to $1,500 where the violation is wilful
Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227
What is checked before a campaign dials
The risk in outbound is in the list and the wording, not the conversation. Six checks run before every campaign, and the evidence for each is kept where your compliance team can read it.
DNC-scrubbed dialling with call recordings retained 90 days
01
List screening
Every list scrubbed against the National DNC Registry and your internal suppression list before each campaign, not once at the start of the account.
02
Consent basis
Why each record may be called — an existing relationship, an enquiry, or express written consent — recorded per record before the first dial.
03
Calling hours
Calls placed between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time, enforced by the dialler rather than left to the agent's clock.
04
Script and disclosure
The offer, the terms and the identification and disclosure wording, written with you and checked against your counsel's guidance before a word is read aloud.
05
Opt-out handling
A request to stop is honoured on the call, recorded immediately and applied across every list on the account, not just the one being dialled.
06
Evidence
Recordings retained 90 days with the scrub logs and consent record for each campaign, available for your compliance review.
How it runs, from first call to full volume
The same four weeks as every team we stand up. You hear live, scored calls in week four.
Step 1. Campaign and compliance brief
Week 1
You bring the offer, the audience and your counsel's position. We agree the consent basis, the lists that may be dialled and what an agent may and may not say.
Step 2. Script, lists and dialler set-up
Weeks 2–3
Script written and signed off, suppression lists loaded, first lists scrubbed, calling hours and identification set in the dialler. Agents train on the offer and the objections.
Step 3. Pilot with live QA
Week 4
A small team dials a short list. Every call is scored on the script, the disclosure and the opt-out handling, and the wording is corrected daily.
Step 4. Scale and report
Week 5 onward
Volume rises against the campaigns you approve. Weekly report on contact and conversion rates by list and offer, with the scrub logs attached.

Asked about telemarketing
The questions this service raises on the first call.
How do you keep a campaign compliant?
Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your internal suppression list before each campaign, the consent basis is recorded per record, calls are placed between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time, and opt-outs are honoured on the call and applied across every list. Your counsel approves the disclosure wording before the first dial.
Who is responsible for the offer and the claims in the script?
You are, and that is why nothing is read aloud until you have signed it off. We write the script with you, your counsel checks the disclosure and the terms, and QA scores every call against the approved wording. Agents do not improvise claims about price, terms or availability.
Can we use your lists?
We can research and build lists to your brief — that is the lead generation service — and they go through the same verification and screening before dialling. Where you supply a list, it is screened the same way. We will not dial a bought file that has no recorded consent basis.
Can agents take an order or a payment on the call?
Orders, yes, into the system you give us access to. Payments go to a PCI-compliant IVR while the agent stays on the line to confirm the outcome, so card details never reach an agent screen, notepad or recording. That keeps the campaign out of PCI scope rather than trying to secure it.
What can our compliance team see?
The recordings, retained 90 days, the scrub logs for every campaign, the consent record per contact and the QA scorecards. They are open to your team on request, and most clients review them monthly alongside the campaign report.
