Your closer on the line while the prospect is still interested
We take the call, ask the questions your closers set, and hand over the prospects who clear the bar — introduced by name, with the answers already given, while they are still on the phone. Nobody who does not clear it is transferred, and nobody who does is put back in a queue to be called again tomorrow.
<60s
From a prospect clearing your criteria to your closer being on the line, with a callback booked the same day when no one is free
Voxenrise target, written into the contract. A commitment, not a measured result.
What is agreed before a call is transferred
A transfer interrupts your best-paid people, so the bar has to be theirs. Six things are settled with your closers in week one, and every transfer is scored against them.
Transferred only after your qualification criteria are met
01
Transfer criteria
The questions a prospect must answer, and how, before a transfer is offered. Written by your closers, applied the same way on every call.
02
Who is available
Which closers take transfers, in which hours and for which products or territories, with a named fallback for each so a hot prospect never hits a voicemail.
03
The introduction
What the agent says on the warm handover: who the prospect is, what they asked for and the answers they gave, in under twenty seconds.
04
When nobody is free
The rule for a transfer that cannot connect: a booked callback with a time the prospect agreed to, worked the same day, never a dropped call.
05
Record
The qualifying answers and the recording written to your CRM before the transfer connects, so the closer reads rather than re-asks.
06
Consent and disclosure
Permission to continue the conversation, and the disclosure wording your counsel approves, logged against the record on every call.
How it runs, from first call to full volume
The same four weeks as every team we stand up. You hear live, scored calls in week four.
Step 1. Closer workshop
Week 1
Your closers set the bar for a transfer and tell us what a wasted one looks like. We agree availability, routing and the rule for when nobody is free.
Step 2. Script, routing and CRM mapping
Weeks 2–3
Qualifying questions written and signed off, transfer routing built to your hours and territories, and every answer mapped to a field on your record.
Step 3. Pilot with live QA
Week 4
Transfers start on a small team. Every one is scored against the criteria and reviewed with your closers, and the script is corrected daily.
Step 4. Scale and calibrate
Week 5 onward
Volume rises to forecast. Monthly, we compare transfers accepted against what your closers actually closed, and move the bar with you.

Asked about live transfer
The questions this service raises on the first call.
What happens when none of our closers can take the call?
The agent does not drop the prospect or leave them holding. They book a callback at a time the prospect agrees to, worked the same day, and the reason no transfer happened is logged. Where you want a second route — a fallback closer or another territory — that is set in week one and tried first.
How do you stop us being interrupted by weak transfers?
The bar is written by your closers, not by us, and every transfer is scored against it in QA. A declined transfer is logged with the reason and reviewed with your team, and we compare accepted transfers against your closed-won data each month. A transfer your closer turns away counts against us in the weekly report.
What does our closer hear when the call comes through?
A twenty-second introduction: who is on the line, what they asked for and the answers they gave against your criteria. The same answers are already on the CRM record with the recording attached, so the closer can pick up the conversation rather than start it again.
Does this work on outbound calls as well as inbound?
Yes, and the compliance rules follow the call. Inbound callers are transferred under their own enquiry. Outbound lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your suppression list before every campaign, and dialled between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time.
How is this different from lead qualification?
Qualification ends with a scored record reaching your reps; live transfer ends with your rep on the phone. The questions are the same, so most clients run both: transfer while a closer is free, and pass a qualified record with notes and the recording when one is not.
